Horrible customer service

     I have been having problems with Maxisys to the point that I am no longer is able to use it in our shop. I have made numerous attempts to contact the customer service reps with no luck. I am making daily calls and forced to leave a voice mail, but no response, I have also emailed to customer service and the result is the same (no response), I am wondering if there is anybody working there? Is the company still alive, or its going out of business? I have never seen such a problem with customer service, as I am experiencing with Autel

     at this time it doesnt appear that we have any customer support.....

     so where do the complaint tickets and data-logs go to when sent from maxisys...

     The datalog will be sent to our engineer directly. As I explained before, our engineer will process the datalog one by one. So it is strongly suggested you send your problem to support@autel.com directly. We will reply you promptly.And also we can remind our engineer to check your datalog first.

     I have tried that, also I have tried to email and call directly to 2 different support techs, I do not get any response from anyone. My support contract is valid and current.

     Is there any way, I can actually talk to a live person for just 5 minutes. I promise it would not take more than that.

     thats not possible you may be able to contact your country's rep though.

      Were do you live? Do you already try to contact you local distributor? 

    "Given support" is one of the major job of the local distributor.

    Local distributor is so important and people should buy from them and not to import from China. 

    If you need any help please inform and I can talk with you, as I already done with other members, or connect to your tool.
